Very helpful host. Andrea is truly a great person. The accommodation is as described and the photos reflect reality. Very clean and equipped with all accessories if you want to use them. Both rooms are air conditioned and have two TVs equipped with Netflix as well as free channels. New furniture, easy to reach and located on a very quiet street. Parking in the area, if you have a car, easy to find.
We will definitely return.

The welcome was very courteous and the owner very helpful, he even came to meet me to show me the way. the building where the apartment is located is quiet with good ease of access. Parking is easy to find and Andrea has always been available for every need.
The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well looked after and well air conditioned. It would be more convenient if there were more coffee capsules as it wouldn't hurt to have them for those who drink a lot.
